Proposals & Pricing

Project proposals, development contracts, and retainer agreements specify scope, deliverables, and payment milestones.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual statements of work. Payments must be fulfilled according to milestone schedules.

Modifications

Scope modifications or additions are managed via written change requests to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own all rights to custom source code, assets, schemas, and deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nothink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services. • Any unauthorized access to or use of third-party servers and cloud providers. • Any interruption or cessation of transmission. • Any third-party tools or packages integrated into the system.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nothink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable statement of work. Outstanding work delivered up to the effective termination date shall be billed accordingly.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
